Find the Registration Form in our website, download, print and fill it up.

After filling the Registration Form mail or fax it to us along with the Bank Voucher/Bank Draft/ Account Transfer receipt against the Registration Fees.

Registration fee is inclusive of official reception opening/closing dinner and a kit bag.

Registration Fees:

Before the end of April, 2004 - US$ 300
From May 1 to July 31, 2004 - US$ 350
From August 1 to September 15, 2004 - US$ 450

Cancellation Policy:

Refund will be subject to a 20 % deduction before September 30, 2004. After that there will be no refund for cancellation.
